Katameya Coast
The decision was made to purchase a 205-acre piece of land with different levels of terraces. This was done to have more space for each car garage and to prevent any congestion. The terraces are about 6.5 square meters and there are 7 platforms in total. The beach area extends for more than 715 meters with a coastline of 2 km in length, which comes with white and soft sand to suit children and people with sensitive skin. The village owns a crystal lagoon on an area of about 40,000 square meters that appears from every corner of the resort, reflecting the green colors of nature around it.
Solare
Solaré, located in the heart of North Coast, offers everything you need. The resort spans an area of 386 acres of land that is full of green wide open spaces and water bodies. Solaré contains a wide 1 km beachfront and it is elevated up to 31m above Sea Level. The company that owns the village of Sodic June North Coast offers a range of different features and services to provide all the important needs of customers, as the village is characterized by the best recreational services, features, and public facilities.
The developer of the project, SODIC, hired the best engineering consultants to develop an integrated implementation plan for the project so that it appears in the form of a creative painting that suits different tastes.
